About the project
Greenmeal is a healthy meal delivery service in Marbella and Estepona, Spain. We built and keep developing a single Laravel platform with two sides: a bilingual (English / Spanish) website where clients build their menu and pay online, and an admin panel the whole team works in every day, from the kitchen to the couriers.
For clients:
Weekly menu builder: clients put together their own menu for every day of the week from fresh dishes, see calories and macros as they go and can change the menu of an order already placed.
Cart and online payment: Redsys checkout with cards, Apple Pay and Bizum, a minimum daily order, promo codes and an internal balance for refunds and bonuses.
Client account: passwordless sign-in by SMS code, order history, delivery addresses and invoices in PDF.
Referral and partner programme: invite links with rewards for both sides and separate cabinets for partners.
Email: transactional emails via Postmark and weekly menu reminders sent through MailerLite.
For the team:
Kitchen: dishes, ingredients, sauces and containers; daily cooking sheets, portions, recipes and packing lists.
Purchasing and costs: supplier price lists imported from Excel, purchase and sales periods, ingredient remnants, fixed expenses and statistics.
Delivery: courier routes on Google Maps, day-by-day delivery checks and order labels with QR codes in PDF.
Roles: separate access for admins, cooks, logistics and partners.
Security: SMS login is protected against SMS pumping with several layers: rate limits, a global kill switch, Cloudflare Turnstile, per-number limits and geo rules by IP and phone country.
Result: the business runs orders, production and delivery in one system instead of spreadsheets, and clients order and pay for their menu in a few minutes from any device.
