About the project
A CRM we built for Greenmeal, a healthy meal delivery service in Spain that works on a subscription model: clients order a menu for days or weeks ahead, and the kitchen cooks and delivers it every morning. The system runs the whole cycle in one place, from an order on the website to a packed box at the client's door, and each role sees only its part: managers, cooks, logistics and partners.
What the team works with:
- Dashboard: new orders, programmes that are about to end, delivery pauses for the week and the status of client notifications.
- Clients and subscriptions: a client card with delivery addresses and a photo of the entrance, individual prices, menu templates, pauses for single days or periods, an action log and the option to log in as the client to help them.
- Orders and payments: order list with statuses, Redsys payments matched to orders, an internal balance with top-ups and refunds, payment success and failure emails, invoices and order documents in PDF.
- Menu and production: weekly menus, programmes, dishes with ingredients, sauces and containers; daily cooking sheets, portions, recipes, packing lists and the plan for the cooks.
- Purchasing and finance: purchase periods calculated from the menu, ingredient remnants, supplier price lists imported from Excel, sales periods, fixed expenses and purchase statistics.
- Delivery: clients on Google Maps split into courier routes, route sheets per day, a daily delivery check and order labels with QR codes in PDF.
- Partners and marketing: partner accounts with commission, orders and payouts, a referral programme, promo codes and announcements for clients with view statistics.
- Staff: employees, a work schedule calendar and its PDF export with employee stamps.
Result: the business plans menus, purchasing, cooking and delivery from real orders instead of spreadsheets, and every team member gets exactly the screens and documents they need for their part of the day.
