About the project
SmartBrick is a platform where people invest in residential real estate projects through mobile apps: they choose a project, buy units or a share, sign the contract and receive income. We built the closed admin panel the developer's team uses to run the whole platform: from the projects and offers investors see in the app to every request, contract and payout behind them.
What we built:
- Projects and apartments: residential complexes grouped by categories, their apartments and layouts.
- Investment options: for every project the team sets up unit selling or percent selling with unit price, term, rate, early return and the end date for accepting investments, and every change is kept in the history with its author.
- Investment configurator: how each offer is signed: Diia.Signature, SMS, PIN code, offer acceptance or a third-party service.
- Requests on a kanban board: purchase requests, early returns and investment payouts as cards with term, quantity, rate, price and total. Managers move them between statuses with drag and drop and filter the board by request type, project and investor. The columns themselves are configured per project, including the status they map to and the push notification the investor gets.
- Contracts and documents: contract templates edited in a rich text editor, contracts generated for each proposal, with document and payment statuses and view or download links.
- Dividends: payouts imported from CSV files with an import log showing how many records succeeded or failed, plus each investor's portfolio.
- Analytics: money attracted per project for any period, with charts by number of rooms and apartment layout.
- Content and design of the mobile apps: news, FAQ and pages, tags that show content only to certain user groups, and the app's look: icon, colors and the payment, verification, confirmation and instruction screens.
- Users and audit: the investor base with profiles and an activity log of sign-ups, logins and other actions.
How it is built: a single-page application on Vue 3 with TypeScript, Pinia and Vite that works with the platform's REST API, an interface in several languages and error monitoring in Sentry.
Result: the team manages projects, offers, investor requests and payouts in one place, and changes the content and look of the mobile apps without releasing a new version.
